The Ice Table

All rentals must be booked with a Credit Card. You will not be charged the day of your booking. Cards will be charged the Thursday prior to your event at which time you will be called and informed of delivery and setup. If you choose to pay by check or Cash, payment must be made upon delivery or the equipment will not be setup.  We deliver all machines mid morning until early afternoon. Your time will be determined by location and Event start time.

Special arrangements such as late day delivery and after 10:00pm pickup times will inccur an addtional service charge .

Declined Credit Cards $5

all Credit Cards will be charged a $3 Processing Fee
